Saying Good Bye.
You have lived your life, happily, with your husband. One day, a mail comes to your house. You set the other mails aside and grab a mail opener. It said that your husband was going to the army for an up coming war. Disappointed, you waited as your husband came home from work. You tell him the horrible news. It said he was due there next week. You start breaking into tears as your husband came close and lets you rest your head on his chest. He slowly packed his stuff, his memories and pictures of you two. You grab his hand as he sets for the door. He waved good-bye and tells you he will always love you. You return the same as the door closed to soon. You knew that the life and death chance were 50-50 in war.
5 years later
Your heart still aches for the day your husband can come back, but you still have to live so the day he comes back you could put on your biggest smile for him. You were out for the day restocking on food and buying new clothes to treat yourself. You come home still thinking of your husband, wondering if he is thinking about you at this very moment. You drive up the driveway and unload the stuff. You grab your keys and turn the key in the keyhole. You see an extra pair of shoes, the same one your husband took the day he left. You go to the kitchen to set your stuff down. There he was greeting you with the smile you hoped to see again. You run to his open arms as you cry into his shirt. You kiss him and muttering how much you missed him. You hope he would never leave again. He tells you," I will never leave you again."
